Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed through our online booking system. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time provided that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation and the booking deposit will be forfeited. Card details are securely stored on file through our booking system. In the unlikely event of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee equal to 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. A change of mind regarding your booked service on the day of your appointment will also be considered a late cancellation.

Appointment Confirmations

Our booking system automatically sends both an email and SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment requesting confirmation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct and to confirm, cancel, or reschedule their appointment within the required timeframe.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to complete the full service, however the service may need to be adjusted to fit within the remaining appointment time in order to avoid delaying other scheduled clients. The total amount of the original appointment will still apply. If a client arrives significantly late and we are unable to proceed with the appointment, the late cancellation policy will apply.

Client Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a calm, professional, and respectful studio environment for all clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant skin conditions, allergies, medications, sensitivities, or medical information prior to their appointment. While every effort is made to ensure services are suitable, we cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed. For the safety and wellbeing of both clients and staff, we cannot proceed with services if you are unwell or have any contagious conditions. All services cannot be provided if you have conjunctivitis and makeup services cannot be performed if you have a cold sore. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. In these cases, standard late cancellation or no-show policies may still apply.

Service Results & Expectations

While every effort is made to deliver the highest standard of service and results, outcomes may vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin type, hair growth, previous treatments, lifestyle, and aftercare. By booking a service, clients acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed and may differ from person to person. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review the matter and provide guidance where appropriate. We do not offer refunds based on a change of mind or personal preference.

Bridal Bookings

All bridal appointments are considered specialised bookings. Due to the additional time, preparation, and coordination involved, a 50% deposit is required to secure your bridal appointment, and bookings are only confirmed once the deposit and the signed Bridal Makeup Agreement have been received. Please note that your wedding date will not be secured until the deposit is paid, as we typically secure the entire day for you up to a year in advance. The Bridal Makeup Agreement is designed to protect both yourself and the artist, clearly outlining the deposit, cancellation policy, timing, and service expectations for your bridal party.
